How-To Guide: Analyze Pipeline Risk and Identify Coaching Priorities

Step 1: Export your pipeline data from Encompass

  1. Log in to Encompass
  2. Navigate to Reports → Pipeline Report (or use the Pipeline view)
  3. Include these columns: Loan Number, Borrower Name (or initials), LO Name, Loan Amount, Current Stage, Stage Start Date, Expected Close Date, Last Activity Date
  4. Export as CSV or copy the table to clipboard

Privacy note: If you're pasting borrower data, remove full names and use initials or loan numbers only — AI doesn't need personal information to do the analysis.
